Each piece is classed as one card or piece. E.g. One card can have one hair band, 3 packets of clips or 5 hair ties. Some items are sold individually. Normaly a card or packet with 6 or 12 items on the card / in the packet are counted as 6 / 12 individual pieces.

Made in the mid 90's/2000's by a bankrupt distributor.
